Constructed primarily from stainless steel—wherever feasible—these roasters are fully automated. The sophisticated profile software meticulously adheres to precise roasting curves that we establish for each coffee. While we refer to it as "basically" following a profile, the underlying technology is nothing short of extraordinary!

Every coffee we create begins with a careful manual roasting process to determine the ideal profile. Once this profile is established, our advanced roasters execute the roasting with remarkable precision, maintaining timing accuracy to within a second and temperature consistency to within 0.1°C throughout the entire roasting process. Yes, you read that right—within a second and a mere 0.1°C!


Dispatching procedure 

Prior to dispatch, we understand the crucial role that resting plays in the coffee journey. The roasting process generates significant amounts of CO2, which can affect the flavour and overall experience if not allowed to dissipate. That's why we take the time to let our coffee off-gas, ensuring that it reaches you in its optimal state.

We expertly manage this resting period, allowing the coffee to mellow and develop its full flavour profile before it arrives at your doorstep.
